Many places have a particular good which is unusually abundant. In Trento for instance, there are incredibly many opticians. Of course in absolute number there are still much more clothes stores or ordinary supermarkets, but there are definitely more opticians than in another average town of that size. In Cadiz, if I remember correctly after several years, its shoes. And here in Copenhagen its, ok bikes but this you would expect, paint. There are tons of shops selling paint, just that. Not these huge homeworker markets where you get everything from hammers to paint to wood to flowers and car accessories. Here, they are very small and sell just paint and brushes.
